Responsibilities
- Support Program Objectives: Implement and maintain Virtual Directory Services (VDS) such as Radiant Logic to meet program objectives and requirements.
- Identity System Integration: Assist in the integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems with VDS.
- Data Source Integration: Integrate Radiant Logic with third-party data sources including LDAP, SQL, and SOAP/RESTful web services.
- Data Quality Improvement: Develop strategies for improving data quality, implementing correlation logic, and writing custom code for new computed attributes.
- Java Development: Create maintainable, testable, and reusable code in Java.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of developed code through thorough testing and lessons learned.
- Mock Data Generation: Generate mock data sources for both positive and negative testing scenarios.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee solutions from design through to deployment, including participating in code reviews, integration, and deployment events.
- Troubleshooting: Triage and resolve production data and technical issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting steps.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal business and technical teams from project initiation to completion and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Technical Meetings: Participate in daily stand-up calls and other necessary technical meetings.
- SME Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for Radiant Logic, assisting internal resources with application questions and supporting scoping and SOW creation as needed.
Primary Qualifications
- Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-8 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of RadiantOne Virtual Directory Services (VDS) or similar identity management tools.
- Programming Skills: Proficient in Java development.
- LDAP Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience working with LDAP software.
- System Experience: Basic experience in both Windows and Linux systems for at least 2 years.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Debugging Skills: Proficiency in software and network debugging.
- Documentation: Excellent documentation and process management skills.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Radiant Logic Certification: Possessing certifications such as Radiant Logic – Federated Identity Services Level 1 or Identity Correlation and Synchronization Level 1.
- IAM/ICAM Knowledge: Familiarity and mastery of other identity products
- Advanced Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and diagnose complex issues effectively.
- Extensive IT Experience: Over 10 years of experience in complex IT and ICAM solutions.

Location
This role is offered as a fully remote or hybrid position based out of our Sterling, VA office.
Salary
The salary range for this position is $155,000-185,000.
